O God, in a world that moves so fast and speaks so loud, teach me the sacred art of stillness. Help me find You in the quiet — in the pause between breaths, in the hush before dawn, in the space where worry ends and trust begins.
When the noise of life crowds in — the rushing, the worrying, the comparing — draw me back to center. Remind me that peace is not the absence of difficulty, but the presence of something greater holding me steady through it all.
May I carry peace like a gentle flame — not easily blown out by the winds of conflict or uncertainty, but bright enough to offer warmth to those around me. Let my presence be a calming one, my words measured and kind, my heart a place where others feel safe.
Forgive me for the times I chose argument over understanding, or anxiety over trust. Help me release what I cannot control, and rest in the knowledge that I am held by a love that never wavers.
